His experience managing interiors and service on yachts for royalty and ultra-high-net-worth individuals equipped him with an eye for detail and an uncompromising standard of service. From Papua New Guinea to Palma de Mallorca, he’s spent nearly half his life exploring cultures around the globe.
David’s profound expertise extends to Michelin-star hospitality, where he honed his skills in creating exceptional guest experiences. He is also a recognized wine connoisseur and former wine bar owner, with extensive experience managing wine cellars and participating in the vibrant wine community.
